Hello, who are you?
Johan Sanders, Innovation director at Sara Lee

So what’s keeping you busy lately?
How to speed up innovation, how to co-create with consumers, how to solve technical needs with outside help.

How would you rate yourself as a Social Media Specialist, on a scale of 1 to 10?
2

How do you make use of social media / technical innovation for your work, or towards your customers?
We use social media to get insights for line extensions or to co-create line extensions.

What’s the most important reason for doing so?
To get larger amount of input, to really interact and to start communication before launch all to involve consumers closer to the brands / products they have experience with and love working at.

When looking at one of the three subjects of this blog (social media, business models / strategies and technical innovation for cultural organizations), can you name an interesting development at the moment?
I see more and more brands co-creating new products in an open way.

And is there an aspects of these subjects shouldn’t we focus on anymore?
Also think on more specific ad hoc networks.

What do you think is going to happen this year, what kind of developments can we expect?
Even more co-creation with consumers and suppliers.

Thanks a bunch!
